Using this one for two weeks now and so far very happy!! some people complain about scratches on it which was true but the scratches are on protection foil so when you peel it off it's nice and shine it was really well packaged and protected so I doubt that it will be scratched from shipping. I have tuya version. connection to application was easy I just follow no what application was telling me to do. Initial setup was a bit tricky... I didn't used application to set it up you can do it fully from the menu on the the lock itself. attached english manual describe installation and also how to configure it for a left or right side, included paper ruler help you to mark where you need to do holes in door. highlights: Search youtube for instruction video of installation and menu setup - attached manual is not very helpfull work great also on doors with different size inner lock -important is distance of main hole q1

La recibí en buenas condiciones, pedí el modelo wifi y creo que recibí el modelo bluetooth. Me gustaría saber el modelo o referencia para poder buscar en Internet como configurar, ya que *# no entra a ningún menú de configuracion
